Minimum Stay is two nights – when staying for three nights, your 4th night is complimentary.

Check In: Anytime After 2 pm

Check Out: A very relaxed 12 noon

Payment Methods: Credit Card, Cash or Bank Transfer, whichever is easier for you

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total amount payable is required to confirm your booking by credit card or by bank transfer, either by phone or email.  The balance will be deducted 7 days prior to your arrival.

Our Cancellation Policy:-

Please Don’t Worry If You Need To Change Your Booking:-

Whilst we are unable to give refunds for any cancellations, if you need to postpone and change your dates for whatever reason after booking your stay with us, we are very happy to work with you finding a date that suits your family.

Your deposit is kept and your booking is open ended for whenever you would like to stay with us.  There are no price increases if you need to postpone to a later date.

There will however be an administration fee each time you change the date of your booking.

You are also welcome to transfer your booking to a family member or friend who would like to take your place with no additional charges.

Mobile and Internet Connection:

We wanted to let you know about a recent update regarding connectivity during your stay. Traditionally, our farm offers a true off-grid experience, with very limited mobile phone reception.

We are pleased to advise that we can now offer guests the option of accessing our Wi-Fi during their stay. This allows you to choose between fully switching off and enjoying a complete break from the distractions of the internet, or staying connected if you prefer.

If you would like to have access to Wi-Fi during your stay (including the ability to connect your mobile phone via Wi-Fi), please let us know prior to your arrival and we will arrange this for you.

Please feel free to leave our home phone number with your family / friends in case they need to contact you. You are welcome to use our landline phone to make or receive a call anytime.

Please Note: There Is Zero Tolerance of Any Mishandling / Hitting / Kicking / Chasing Our Animals. Any Such Behaviour Will Result In Guests Being Asked To Leave Immediately.

Pet Policy: We do not allow guests to bring their pets while staying or when visiting us.
