Mudgee is famous for its wines, – there are over 35 cellar doors in the region.

Mudgee has so many lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy a coffee or to dine.

I highly recommend Mudgee Observatory for a wonderful star and planet gazing night – it is absolutely fantastic and only 15 minutes away from us.

Mudgee High Valley Cheese Co – offers beautiful cheese tastings and to buy local produce.

Gulgong is another local very historic town, where the famous writer /poet “Henry Lawson” lived for many years.  Another must do experience in Gulgong is to visit their local museum.

Hill End is yet another wonderful historic town and only about 45 minutes drive from us. History Hill is a great educational place to visit.
